Defending a friend at school, I got lunch detention for 3 days and 5 demerits. I'm usually a star student with my grades as my top priority. I want to go into pre-med. I got great scores on acts and sats. But will those five demerits chang anything?Will having 5 demerits in my highschool record change my chances?
LOL, when I was in high school I must have 100 demerits---I was late practically every day---and I had no trouble getting into college. I don't think demerits are actually placed on your transcript, they are just for the high school.
